Sales Executive
I-Quest is expanding its sales force, we have a high reputation for providing quality software and services to our clients in the Legal, Finance, Property and Professional Services markets.
The person we are looking for will be energetic, with a confident telephone manner, have good customer service skills, some face to face sales experience will also be beneficial but is not essential. Basic sales training will be provided however candidates who have been in a sales role will be preferred. A basic knowledge of IT is required, Microsoft is essential.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Director and dependent on location may be able to work from home on certain days. A laptop will be provided and a mobile phone as well as all the usual benefits you would expect from a small fast growing IT Software and Services Company. This is a good opportunity for someone to build a solid career in IT sales and service. Salary will be formed of a basic plus commission and dependent on experience.

Technical Support Services Position(s)
I-Quest is expanding its Technical & Client Support Services, we offer high quality software and support services to our clients in the Legal, Finance, Property and Professional Services markets.
The person we are looking for ideally will have MS SQL, MS OS, ADS, IIS and C++ and/or C-Sharp experience and feel comfortable dealing with both Technical and User Support. The individual(s) will be energetic, with a positive telephone manner, and be able to work both in our offices and at Customer Sites. Additional product training will be provided on all of our solutions. A relevant IT qualification would be useful, but for an experienced candidate this is not essential.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Director and will ideally be based around the Andover general area so that they can be based in this office when they are not on site. Computer facilities will be provided and as well as a mobile phone plus all the usual benefits you would expect from a small fast growing IT Software and Services Company. This is a good opportunity for someone to build a solid career in IT Support and Service. Salary will be based on experience and the relevant local rates.
